Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure all garments are in their original condition, with all silk ribbons and designer tags attached, and place them securely in the original Scarlett Gasque box.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and retain your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
